Shipping and deliveries

How long before my order is shipped?

 

Orders will be shipped either same day or the next business day. Orders received during the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

 

What happens after I place my order?

 

1. Order confirmation email: Almost immediately you’ll receive an order confirmation from us with details about your order. We aim to despatch orders the same day, otherwise, they are processed the next business day without delay.

2. Shipped order email and tracking details: Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way, followed by an email including your tracking details.

3. How do I track the delivery of my order? You will receive an email with timely tracking details. However, if technology fails us, please email us on hello@onefinedayjewellery.com and we will send you your tracking details.

    Australian orders

    Free standard AusPost shipping (2-7 business days) with tracking on all Australian orders over $50.

    $8.95 standard AusPost shipping (2-7 business days) with tracking on all Australian orders under $50.

    $15 AUD express AusPost shipping (1-3 business days) with tracking on all Australian orders. 

    New Zealand orders

    Free standard AusPost shipping (7-12 business days) with tracking on all New Zealand orders over $50.

    $15 AUD standard AusPost (7-12 business days) with tracking for all New Zealand orders under $50.

    $30 AUD express AusPost (5-8 business days) with tracking for all New Zealand orders.

    All other international orders

    $25 AUD standard AusPost (15+ business days) with tracking for all international orders.

    $35 AUD express AusPost (10+ business days) with tracking for all international orders.

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. In many cases some areas may take 1-4 additional business days, regardless of the parcel being dispatched standard or express post.

     

    Customs and duty charges for international orders 

     

    As the recipient you are liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes that must be paid by the receiver. We do not cover these charges for you.

     

    Shipping limitations

     

    When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on our online store.

    All purchases from our online store are made according to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from our online store pass to you once the items have been dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia Post. You are also responsible for tracking the progress of your shipment and ensuring you collect your parcel from your local post office if an attempted delivery has failed. If you fail to collect your shipment and your order is returned to sender, you are liable for the re-shipment cost and no refunds will be issued.
